I can see that American people are angry, and these election results reflect that. But how will this anger and these votes which send a message transition into action?

I’d love to hear what Americans think about what changes we will see in the coming days, weeks, months?

In the next 2 years? Not much, because Trump would basically just torpedo all Dem policy, and there is not much the Dems can do about that. The more realistic things to do are for the Dems to restructure themselves and then try to win in 2028 and use this as a roadmap to try to change things. The Dems are going to be able to stop some of Trump's old policy but not all, and Trump can't pass anything without the Dems

In the long run, this is going to be used as a gauge of the political shift in America. Engage in state level, start building up at the state level, and then move on to the federal realm. Bear in mind a lot of the economic problems are going to be solved at the state level. Fed is not going to help you build houses in your state or start building job profile, or even attract foreign investment, they are all done in State level, after this is fixed, then you talk about Federal level politics post 2028

For republicans
Stop the wars
No one cares about trans stuff except for some hick white people cause this thing only effects them
It's not relevant to most people
Job growth - need some energy in our economy
It's way too stagnant except for the AI ninjas exchanging billions between themselves
ICE tactics are too crude even for anti immigration folks

For democrats (if they ever win the presidency in 2028)
Don't touch oil and gas
No one cares about the environment enough for you to mess up this industry
Keep taxes for everyday people low
No one cares for gay and all other stupid social issues beyond something seriously wrong like actual violence against a specific people group
Don't touch guns - guns don't cause mass shootings
It's something else

Environment is important but you need to find the right balance between environmental policies and it effecting people's livelihood

Rubio is f'ed for 2028. It would be stupid for him to try.

We are looking at one of the biggest blowouts in the last 40 years; whoever comes next with the GOP is going to turn to dust. There is a reason why Ben Wallace in the UK didn't want to take the Helm after Johnson left office, because the political environment is toxic and then Liz Truss took the helm and basically became a laughing stock of the political world.

If Trump starts doing that, impeachment will be coming on his way. Many Republican senators are not supportive of Trump either. Trump is done here. Republicans will be better of to get rid of him soon.
