Oklahoma is ok.

It looks great in the rearview mirror.

Oklahoma has a large non Hispanic White population. It's a major Republican stronghold. Texas is mostly Hispanic.

It depends on which way you are going, cause if you are passing Oklahoma you can go to TX, CO, KN, AK &NM.
Check your map.

Not AK. But definitely AR.

Don't forget MO. Deliverance-land! And Josey Wales.

Oh i thought Arkansas short was AK, sorry my bad AK is for Alaska.
And yes i miss the MO, it connects to OK as well.

It just seems Trump is as tone-deaf as ever.

Iran war is hurting the US economy but he persists on deflecting saying the Republicans running were no good.

Some of those very Republicans were hand picked by him.

He may not have been on the ballot but he was definitely on the ballot.

That "it's an extra 20 bucks at the pump" some people here crow about was a costly 20 bucks.

Our house is tense. Very tense! Wife fuming over the elections and yelling at me for voting Ms. Annie Andrews.
"America is 'screwed' with the 'Muslim Brotherhood' like Mamdani and El Sayyed. " and much more. Much more with expletives.

For alot of people who are not making a lot of money but unlike me can vote, rising Gas prices was something they talk about, whether its a smoking break or discord or video game chat, Gas prices hurts people the most. Just as simple example i can give, when Gas was 2.8-3$ per gallon i had to put 25$ which gives me a all 4 days of work, and more for some grocery shopping, i only drive 27 miles per day for work to home, home to work. But i have a lot of friends who drive 35-50 miles one way, imagine for 4 days they drive 70-80 miles, and for weekends to drop/pick up their kids, grocery shopping and a beach trip, you are looking at easily 50-60$ or more just for gas per week, that's insane. Maybe not for others who make big bucks or 6-figures but for lower middle class or poor Americans this high gas price is unsustainable.

Exactly the point I was making in the Perspectives thread. Working in logistics, I looked at all that and the downstream impact.

When this thing kicked off, the spring planting season was starting. Many farmers felt it immediately. The fall harvest is underway and those same farmers, if they are still in business, are feeling it even more.

We're all seeing it not just at the pump but at the grocery store, Kohl's, you name it.

The "GDP is awesome!!! Massive growth!!! Stock markets at all-time highs!!! No other country compares!!" cheerleaders steadfastly refused to look at the big picture. And now? Some of them, not surprisingly, are casting blame.

So far this year, 221 trucking companies have filed for bankruptcy and are shutting down operations.

Trump was absolutely on the ballot.

Oh Annie Andrews defeated Gay Lindsay Graham's sister in South Carolina?!

How come she didn't respect final election? still Republican MAGA snake?! High cost of living, gas, inflation, last American first, wars, etc?
