Nukes sites are in central Iran , you can't quarantine them with few thousand troops.. that's ballony....if the ground forces are deployed then they will be around Hormuz , easy to land troops and easy for supplies.... strategically important....chances are there would be no ground invasion.

It would be suicidal to capture any island on the other side of International Shipping Lane.

Kurd and Baluch separatist is not going to be enough to fight the IRGC or Iranian regime, we are talking about over a million strong militia, and that's before Khemani was assassinated. Martyring the man means its size is now probably double or triple......

Sure, and by this point in Desert Storm the US had lost 3X the manned aircraft the US has lost in this war.

Given the scale of operations, and number of munitions fired losses to date are minimal.
