If Trump follows through and destroys Iranian infrastructure is Pakistan prepared for Iranian refugees? Not sure, if Pakistan is an easy option for fleeing Iranians as opposed to the Caspian sea route?

To follow up on the MOPs strike in Tehran, ADM Cooper received intelligence that a large number of top IRGC commanders were meeting in the bunker. Many IRGC command are presumed killed in the strike.

I'm more concerned about the long-term ramifications for the region and the wider world. If the United States strikes, what they intend, then it sets a new precedent in warfare; we can then consider other nation's updating their target lists.
This will make all civilians in warfare a shared collateral damage.
