China is playing coy... giving the air that they can outlast everyone... it seems that they were preparing for exactly this ... and US has seemingly played into it.
All three, Venezuela and sanctions on Iran and Russia were supposed to deter China and keep them engaged in a bilateral. Of they are disengaged, it means they have enough to ride it out. Besides they expect... rather know that Orange has no choice but keep digging.
