I spent a lot of time in Akron and Canton as a kid and again with DHL. We opened a new warehouse in Stowe and then moved into a bigger one about a mile or two away.
Columbus is ok. The only reason I go to Dayton is to visit the National Museum of the US Air Force.
I was born and raised in Erie.

DUBAI: The Strait of Hormuz is “under Iran’s control and management”, the recently appointed head of Iran’s Basij paramilitary unit said on Thursday, a day after U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States had “total control” of the strategic waterway.
Hossein Taeb said the U.S. had sought to disrupt what he described as the Islamic Republic’s popularity in the region by launching another war in the Strait of Hormuz, but had once more been defeated despite claiming Iran had neither an air force nor a navy.
“Today you see that the Strait of Hormuz is under the management and control of the Islamic Republic,” Taeb said, according to the semi-official Fars news. He added that Iran was continuing on its course in complete security.
After the start of the war, which began with U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran on February 28, Tehran effectively shut the strait, through which a fifth of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas was previously shipped.
The U.S. subsequently imposed a naval blockade on Iranian shipping and ports, while saying it would protect freedom of navigation for vessels travelling to and from non-Iranian ports.

A sustained bombing campaign didn't work. Neither did threats to wipe out Tehran's entire civilisation or its energy infrastructure.
The US president is stuck, leading Republicans into the midterms weighed down by a Middle Eastern conflict of his own making, despite campaigning to end foreign wars.
Reluctant to resume all-out war, and apparently without the resources to do so, he has turned to one man to drag the Americans out of the quagmire: Scott Bessent.
Mr Trump has settled on a fresh strategy of economic pressure in the hopes of loosening Iran's grip on the Strait of Hormuz and forcing its leaders to agree to a nuclear agreement, a source close to the president told The Telegraph.
Overseen by Mr Bessent, the treasury secretary, the wait-and-see approach will give harsh sanctions and the US naval blockade of Iranian ports time to inflict economic harm and cripple the regime, insiders say.

A source close to Mr Trump said: "It's been turned over to Bessent. Let him off the chain; he will destroy their currency."
Aides are reported to have pushed the strategy by showing the president statistics on the crippling effects the current sanctions levelled on Iran are having.
US sanctions have choked Iran's economy, driving the Iranian rial into free fall and accelerating triple-digit inflation. Red meat prices have tripled and fuel is rationed at the pumps.
They believe that tightening those current restrictions while issuing fresh curbs would "squeeze" the regime, forcing it to eventually make a deal to prevent total collapse.

Last one cedar point…..only actually good memory I have of Ohio canton only thing I remember of that was my aunts hometown and the only thing I remember was the well water and it smelled horrible
