Phelan was an odd choice. His position was his reward from the President for his fund raising activities. Zero military experience and not moving with enough with modernization of the Navy. Not that Hegseth has that much naval experience.
The again, maybe that little matter of his association with a guy by the name of Epstein.

Trump is the most damning verdict the people could have delivered against the Democrats, that even such a malignant convicted fool was preferable to the far left schlock they were keen on feed forcing everyone.
