US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

What would be a reasonable rate? $3 per gallon? $2.50+/- as it was at the end of Trump's first term?

The damage is done. If what US oil executives have been saying the past few weeks is true, gasoline prices will only get worse before they get better.

Last week was the first week since Nov. where the weekly inventory was higher than the prior week. US EIA updates its numbers every Tuesday afternoon US East Coast time. I will be looking that evening for Wednesday morning to see what the current inventory levels are.
I will settle for $3 per gallon for now.

Mrs. AZ did her weekly grocery run yesterday. The price of 85% lean hamburger was beyond crazy. Beef prices continue to rise.

And they will continue to do so:

Using USDA/NASS “all cattle and calves” inventory on January 1 — the standard U.S. cattle inventory measure. NASS says the January Cattle Inventory report estimates total inventory for the U.S. and states. (USDA)

From 2022 to 2026, the U.S. cattle herd fell by about 5.92 million head, or 6.4%.

The price increase is not just due to the drop in inventories. All the other inputs are up as well, compounding the overall increase the end consumer sees and pays.

Bro you driving to the moon? or just doing a whole round trip from Florida keys to Seattle ?
Phoenix to Port Clinton, OH. From there to Detroit for a couple days, a stop in Dayton (USAF Museum is mandatory), then down to NE of Tulsa for a couple of days then into Dallas for a few to see friends and coworkers. Perhaps meet up @Raider 21 for some burnt ends at Hurtado's in Arlington. Then back to the high desert area where I live.

Posted on Fox; according to Vice President Vance, the full text of the peace deal will be released this week.

If that happens, then and only then will we know what is actually in the agreement. Until then, anything and everything based on leaks or rumors is noise.

We've a lot of friends who live in FL. Scattered from Tallahassee all the way to the Keys.

I've not been to Tampa in 25 years.

As I have been saying all along!

Finally, we will have an idea what is happening.
