Everyone is in a hurry to crow their side got the better end of the deal.

Meanwhile, the usual suspects on both sides of the aisle in the halls of Sodomy & Gonorrhea are performing their usual antics.

The words will be carefully chosen that both sides can paint themselves rosy in front of their own crowds, while reality will probably remain somewhere in the middle.

Even with this MoU, it will be long and difficult negotiation process for at least 60 days, if not longer, where the real issues will be decided, or muddled through, I should say.

Let the fanboys have their moments of rejoicing and glory, I say, especially on PDF. What the swampcritters will do in DC is exactly what I expect them to do - jockey for the mid terms. That is the only thing that grabs their attention.

Pakistan and it’s present leaders have ZERO balls , vision and care for the population to take advantage of the situation we find ourselves in .

Instead of consolidating our strategic value and expand our clout by asking not for another IMF loan but for sanction free oil pipeline from Iran , investment treaty with the USA , pushing Gawadar as alternative for UAE port , capitalizing on Trump’s peacemaking wet dream for Kashmir leverage etc we will blow it all for few visas for our generals and their families and more money laundering by Mian saanp and his family.

Let's try not to bring Pakistan into this in a negative light.

MOU released with two more months of negotiations. Remember the MOU is NOT a final deal.

Bottom line, Iran has to cease nuclear enrichment and HEU handed over and destroyed or they get NOTHING. That seems to be lost among many here.

Also, lots of people hung up over this $300B. Iran sees zero, nothing, nada of that until US demands are met, and that reconstruction fund is likely being financed by Gulf nations. As for the oil sanction waiver, Iran was selling oil up until the blockade was enacted in April. Thats a nothingburger

As I say, wait and see. There is much more to come, still, before anything can be concluded about who came out ahead.
