At the end of the new U.S. national counterterrorism strategy report released on May 6, Trump’s statement was included: 'If you harm Americans, we will find you and utterly destroy you.'

For the first time, the document officially designates Latin American drug cartels and left-wing radical forces (including anarchists and anti-fascist groups) as terrorist threats; it identifies fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction and names Iran as the top terrorist financier in the Middle East.

At the same time, the U.S. accuses Europe and NATO of pursuing open-border policies and allowing uncontrolled immigration, providing a breeding ground for terrorism. This document also further expands 'Trumpism,' that is, a modern version of the Monroe Doctrine, granting the U.S. the authority to act freely in the Western Hemisphere without seeking consent from other countries.

It seems that the President of Venezuela is just the beginning.
