She is absolutely correct. Here in AZ-land, the public schools receive an inordinate amount of federal money from the feds yet standardized test scores continue to slide. The schools cry they "need more money!"

Meanwhile, the private schools are faring very well.

Our radical governor is doing everything she can to kill off school choice and school vouchers.
