Also the difference here is when Obama banned Fox News, most of not all the media at that time came out and vigorously went against what he did.

In this case, barely a peep out of Fox News

The difference being is when Obama tried to do that, the media as a whole came out against it.

Fox News has barely let out a peep about it.
