Boom! Two House pickups already.

North Carolina flips blue and New Jersey's 7th. The road to a House majority is only three seats, and Democrats are already putting points on the board.

What a start!

What a night so far!

In the Senate, Democrats have already flipped North Carolina and successfully defended two huge seats in Georgia and New Hampshire. That means they now need three more pickups to take control of the chamber.

On the House side, Democrats have flipped four Republican-held districts: Kentucky's 6th, New Jersey's 7th, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania's 7th.

Honestly, that's a pretty darn good start. If Democrats simply hold the seats they already have, the House is theirs. The Senate is still the nail-biter.

Annie Andrews has done it!

We just picked up another Senate seat in deep-red South Carolina.

I am especially happy about this one because she was one of the Senate candidates I donated to, and I donated to her campaign twice.

Honestly, her opponent would have been nothing more than a rubber stamp for Trump and, in my opinion, even worse than her late brother Lindsey Graham.

Scoreboard update:

North Carolina Senate flip
South Carolina Senate flip

Democrats now need just two more Senate seats to take control of the Senate.

And on the House side, Democrats have now flipped five Republican-held seats.

What a great night!

Wow. Just wow.

A few hours ago Democrats needed four Senate pickups. Now North Carolina, South Carolina, Iowa, and Texas have all fallen into the Democratic column.

If Democrats hold the seats they already had, that's enough to take control of the Senate.

The one race I'm still watching very closely is Michigan. Even if the Senate math looks promising, Michigan is such a critical state that its results will tell us a lot about just how big this night really is.

And on the House side, CNN is now projecting Democrats have won control of the House.

What a wonderful night!!!

What a night for Democrats! Georgia flips. Iowa flips. Texas flips. Ohio flips.

And now New Mexico has elected Deb Haaland, making her the first Native American woman to lead a U.S. state, while California has elected Becerra as its next governor.

But I have to admit, the funniest moment of the night came from New York GovernorKathy Hochul. After Trump told voters to act as if he were on the ballot, Hochul responded:

"Well, Mr. President, you got your wish!" :ROFLMAO:

I nearly fell out of my chair laughing.

The way these results are coming in, Trump may have plenty of time to work on those ballrooms, helipads, Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and whatever other pet projects he has in mind. Because if these numbers hold, he's about to become a very lame-duck president.

WE DID IT.

According to AP, Democrats have won back the United States Senate.

But here's the part that really blows my mind: these weren't easy blue-state victories. Democrats didn't win the Senate by running up the score in California or New York. They won it by flipping seat after seat in states Trump carried.

North Carolina. South Carolina. Iowa. Texas. Kansas. Ohio.

Let that sink in for a moment.

These are red states. Some of them were considered safely Republican not that long ago.

And the craziest part? The night isn't even over yet. Michigan is still counting. Maine is still counting. Nebraska is still counting. Alaska is still counting.

Meanwhile, Democrats have already won back the House.

No matter what happens from here, this is already a historic election night. And if more of these outstanding races break the same way, the final result could end up being even bigger than anyone imagined.

TEXAS IS BLUE.

Let me say that again.

TEXAS. IS. BLUE.

Democrats didn't just win the Senate race. Democrats didn't just win the governor's race. They won BOTH.

Nobody in their wildest dreams would have believed this a year ago.

For me, this victory is especially sweet because I donated to both campaigns. My donations were small, but I believed these candidates had real potential when a lot of people thought they were dreaming.

Looks like Elon Musk's influence and all that money couldn't save them. On the Senate side, Trump arrogantly brushed aside warnings from many Texas Republicans and doubled down on his handpicked corrupt candidate. On the governor's side, the controversy surrounding the undisclosed communications with Musk never really went away.

That's what happens when politicians start believing they're untouchable.

What a night. What a victory.
