Whole point of a Judge is to listen to cases and appeals of people who come to court for help

Seems like a war brewing between Judicial system vs FBI

Who has more authority Courts and Judges vs FBI workers?

It seems like FBI was interfering with Judge's work if she wanted to listen to a Court case involving migrant


If FBI has issue with judge they should have opened a case in Supreme court to advice the Judge , not just go arrest the Judge


It seems a bit "Odd" that's all , I do not know they full specifics of what the judge did



Correct me if I am wrong but in American Christianity (not saying Catholic) , is there no rule where someone can seek sanctuary in Church or in this case a Judge/Court ?

Does this ICE thing not go against the whole idealism a human having some form of sanctuary to plead their case?

It seems quite "Drastic Measures" to intimidate the judges of American court system

I personally did not felt it could happen in USA but seems to be happening

Is it possible that we may see USA Split into two countries the political views of two party members are quite different

East Coast with Florida / West Coast 1 Country
Central USA with Texas as 2nd country

Just a hypothetical scenario because the Democrats will certainly have some desire to counter the current shift in power

May be the Hispanic community might be fully on Democrat side

No. What charges to apply are filed by the appropriate LEA and affirmed by the prosecuting attorney.

The agents had reason to believe the judge was obstructing them in their official duties when she instructed them to go see the chief judge while she was hiding the suspect and then ushering him out a back door.
 
Interesting so a Lawyer (Prosecution Attorney ) has enough power to put judge into Jail

But I don't remember any Trial or Court date announced like it happens normally in USA , it seems quite sudden

Normally there is some process for Intent to arrest , and court date and some higher court hears the complaint , giving Judge to explain their side of story

There is some sense of Urgency about things , as if something more is planned for future

It seems absurd yet it happens. Been any number of cases in the US where a judge, a District Attorney, or other elected officials who've been detained and ultimately arrested for drunk driving or obstruction of a law enforcement official in the performance of their official duties.

Had such a case here in AZ-land.

In the case of this judge as well as the one in New Mexico, there is clearly sufficient evidence to warrant legal charges.

Local judges have nothing to do with determining legal residency status.

In fact that is the usual Democrat excuse for their Liberal judges. Since the judge has nothing to do with residency issues they feel they have no obligation to hold people for being in the country illegally since that is not their jurisdiction. So when the federal government asks local judges to hold people so ICE can come by and pick them up the judges say "meh not my problem" and release them back onto the streets before the deportation people come by.

When local police in sanctuary cities realize they have an illegal they also release them with a "meh..not my problem...go out and find them again yourself"

A masked Chilean migrant, Mario Bustamante-Leiva, 49, was arrested for stealing a Gucci bag containing $3,000 in cash from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem during an Easter outing at Capital Burger in Washington, DC, law enforcement sources told The New York Post. Bustamante-Leiva, previously busted for a similar crime in London, is illegally in the US and allegedly part of a large East Coast robbery network. A second suspect, also an illegal migrant, was arrested in Miami and is being held on a deportation notice while charges are finalised. Sources said the two are believed to have collaborated on similar robberies nationwide.


Time for a trip to El Salvador...that should send a clear message.
