USA Deportations news

But...but...but the US supposedly has some heartless tyrannical government that takes an extreme viewpoint on illegal immigrants compared to how other countries deal with them. That lady in the video would never find herself at risk of being deported if she was in any other country.
Man here in Nagoya, I'm just a handful of other people classed as 'gaijin'......lol

Ain't nobody allowed in here.

Trump administration nixes legal representation for thousands of migrant children

The Trump administration has issued a stop-work order to a firm that provides legal representation to thousands of unaccompanied migrant children.

In a memo, obtained by The Hill, the Department of the Interior informed the Acacia Center for Justice that “the Government hereby directs your firm to stop all work associated with the scope of Contract 140D0422C0009,” which provides “Legal Services for Unaccompanied Children.”

H.R. 32 (IH) - No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act

Full Title

To provide that sanctuary jurisdictions that provide benefits to aliens who are present in the United States without lawful status under the immigration laws are ineligible for Federal funds intended to benefit such aliens.

~

Brilliant. Make the sanctuary cities deport the illegals themselves to keep their federal funding.

They issue DLs to placate to the Liberals who say illegal immigrants will simply avoid getting a DL and will drive illegally. ..which is funny since even with a DL they are still here illegally and thus driving illegally.
Saw this claim saying illegal (PC term undocumented) contributions are 90 billion.

Great - then would it change if simply deport unless they all show up for processing and get temporary work permits? They dont get residency or vote benefits but now formally pay taxes. But then we also know who they are - get backgrounds on them and so on.

I have a big humanitarian angle on this - there are the “new collosus” ideals at play but those require intelligent decisions not opening the floodgates as dems did.

The argument liberals give is that illegals statistically commit less crimes than citizens - because you have all documented history on citizens since they’re born compared to illegals on whom you have zero background. So if a gang member comes here - goes into hiding and is experienced in working under the radar - there goes your sample set.
The liberals then pull a hypocritical move and say it doesn’t matter and start quoting “second chances” while all in on cancel culture.

Unfortunately - the conversation then gets into race relations and supremacy and “my country or your country” when at the end of the day it’s basic common sense rule of law BS.

Can I now carry a machinegun and just tell people it isn't illegal..it's just "undocumented".

I like how some Democrats say they should get Social Security because when using somebody elses SS number they are still paying into SS. Meanwhile the original owner will get his SS benefits decreased because if you subtract out some illegal's that means you actually unknowingly underpaid for the year and now your retirement is screwed. Remember there is a max

Thanks Liberals! You are a real piece of work!

Here read this.

Trump Signs Executive Order Terminating All Federal Taxpayer Benefits Going To Illegal Aliens

Authored by Debra Heine via American Greatness,

President Trump signed his executive order, PRESERVING FEDERAL BENEFITS FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS, Wednesday night “to ensure taxpayer resources are not used to incentivize or support illegal immigration.”

Details of the EO are here.

Wednesday afternoon, Trump delivered remarks in front of a group of billionaires at the Faena Hotel during Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund’s FII PRIORITY Miami 2025 conference.

A White House official told Melugin that Trump’s executive order will direct federal agency and department heads to identify all federally funded programs that provide financial benefits to illegal aliens, and for them to “take corrective action.”

The measure is reportedly designed to ensure that any federal funds to states and localities “will not be used to support sanctuary policies or assist illegal immigration.”

While illegal aliens are not supposed to be eligible for welfare programs, the Biden-Harris regime abused loopholes to confer “status” to millions of non citizens as a part of their catch-and-release agenda, the Economic Policy Innovation Center pointed out in its December 2024 report.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), there were 10.8 million encounters with illegal aliens between fiscal years 2021 and 2024. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that the net immigration of illegal immigrants totaled 7.3 million between FY 2021 and 2024. In comparison, net migration of illegals was negative in the four years prior to this.

For the past four years, illegal aliens have been receiving welfare benefits from many different public assistance programs, including:

  • Food Stamps (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, “SNAP”)
  • Child nutrition programs
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG)
  • Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
  • Child Tax Credit (CTC)
  • Obamacare Premium Tax Credit
  • Obamacare cost sharing subsidies
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • Pell Grants
  • Student loans
  • Head Start
  • Public housing
  • Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF)
The cost of welfare programs for noncitizens is estimated to be in the billions.

The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) estimated that federal expenditures on illegal aliens in 2023 totaled nearly $66.5 billion, including more than $23 billion in federal medical expenditures and $11.6 billion in welfare benefits from Food Stamps, child nutrition, SSI, and other programs.

In its “Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration On United States Taxpayers 2023” report, FAIR estimated that the net cost of illegal immigration for the United States at the federal, state, and local levels at the start of 2023 was at least $150.7 billion.

The Manhattan Institute estimated that “every new illegal immigrant has an average net fiscal burden of about $130,000.”

The Institute reported that “the border crisis is expected to cost $1.15 trillion over the lifetime of the new immigrants who entered the country unlawfully, overstayed a visa, or were paroled.”

According to a House Homeland Security Committee November 2023 report, Americans had already paid billions for hospital expenses, shelter, and the education of the children of illegal immigrants, including $5.4 billion in “emergency services for undocumented aliens” in FY 2022.

Trump’s executive order will “mandate improvements in eligibility verification to prevent federal benefits” from being spent so lavishly on people in the US illegally,” Melugin reported.

Meanwhile, U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks released a video Wednesday letting potential illegal border crossers know they are NOT welcome in the USA and will face “serious consequences” if caught.

“Our message is clear – the border is NOT open to illegal immigration,” Banks declared.

“If you attempt to cross our borders you will be arrested, detained and processed for removal under U.S. law,” he added.

Banks noted that Border Patrol under Trump is “fully engaged” and using “advanced technology” to catch border crossers

“Do not believe smugglers’ lies,” he warned. “Crossing illegally is dangerous and you will face serious consequences—immediate removal, and a ban on reentry.”

The White House official said the order “shows Trump is committed to prioritizing that federal public health benefits go towards American citizens, including veterans.”

They’ll still get over it - that thing is a farce!

You need anti cut barbed wire on top.

I get the need to allow wildlife to continue - they are the true natives - but also monitoring and policing

Reminds me of the old joke about why there isn't a Mexican Summer Olympics team.

That's because all the Mexicans who can swim, run, and jump are already in America.

Hispanic House Republicans send warning shot on budget resolution

“Nearly 30% of Medicaid enrollees are Hispanic Americans, and for many families across the country, Medicaid is their only access to healthcare. Slashing Medicaid would have serious consequences, particularly in rural and predominantly Hispanic communities where hospitals and nursing homes are already struggling to keep their doors open,” the letter said.

It also warned against cutting funding for Pell Grants because “Hispanic students make up a significant share of Pell Grant recipients.”

And finally, it mentioned SNAP: “While we fully support efforts to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse, we must ensure that assistance programs—such as SNAP—remain protected as nearly 22% of Hispanic families rely on this critical program as a temporary safety net during difficult times.”

~

The gravy train has stopped. Hispanics need to go back.

Mexicans are no longer the question - its the whole of South America.

Its both sad because some truly deserving folks go through hell due to the human trafficking system to do thousands of miles in the worst conditions BEFORE they even get to the border - but then so do all sorts of criminals and so on. Indians that could go through a legal immigration process also end up with Mexicans, Afghans, Guatemalans, Venezuelans, Ethopians and s on. And its not JUST the Southern border - people end up frozen crossing the Canadian one in.

That’s why at the end of the- regardless of the human issues - it’s legal or NOTHING.

Noem ends protections from deportations for Haitians

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Thursday moved to end deportation protections for Haitians in the U.S., likely teeing up legal challenges.

The memo seeks to end temporary protected status (TPS) for Haitians, which allows those unable to return to their country due to unrest or a natural disaster to remain in the U.S. without fear of deportation.

The directive from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem would end the status for some 520,000 Haitians in the U.S.

Much like with an earlier directive that “vacated” TPS for Venezuelans, DHS purported to take the same action with regard to Haitians, blaming the prior administration for renewing the protections in June.

“[Former President] Biden and [former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro] Mayorkas attempted to tie the hands of the Trump administration by extending Haiti’s Temporary Protected Status by 18 months—far longer than justified or necessary,” DHS said in a statement.

ICE Air Operations transported 177 Venezuelan illegal aliens from Guantanamo Bay to Honduras today for pickup by the Venezuelan government, which returned them to their home country.

Immigration & Naturalization Act of 1952 is very clear regarding what a President can do.
