See this is where I have an issue. The argument of being illegal in a country and needing to be removed it legitimate. The sitting government has a say in who and how they want to remove them.

But to go to this degree with a stop sign being damaged and all, that can be anyone having a drunk day or a bad day, causing problems. Are we saying American whites or blacks don't commit crimes or somehow cause these stupid yet bad mistakes when drunk? Or is it just Mexicans that have somehow captured the American criminal justice system 100%?

We already have to deal with our citizens driving drunk adding these people makes it much worse especially in sanctuary cities where many of "these people" dwell. These people love to drink and drive because the laws where they come from is lightly enforced and driving without a license is no big deal.

How ICE Is Outsourcing Mass Deportations

One of the world’s largest private security firms is poised to rake in millions from the Trump administration’s historic deportation spending blitz.

In response to a CBS News inquiry, Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said ICE has now deported about 140,000 undocumented immigrants since Mr. Trump took office. She also added that 70% of those arrested by ICE were of "illegal aliens with criminal convictions or have pending criminal charges." McLaughlin declined to detail the nature of the convictions or criminal charges, or offer further specifics.

I don't think they handle booze well. And maybe the 'Asians' don't handle booze well in general?? Pakistanis and Indians are not 'Asians' per se.
Speaking of booze: A couple of weeks ago I was at a local bar, chatting with a couple of hot chicks next to me. I am too old for them but.. no harm in chatting. A man is a man. Then this short, plump Mexican came barging to us and threw me off my chair trying to get something from the bar. Stunned I walked away and watched him talk to the bartenders. The ladies said 'Go, beat him up!!'. Of course I wasn't going to do that. Things happen and assaulting someone even for legit reasons can have lifelong consequences, especially in America. And this was just a drunk guy. But after a while, I was getting tired of standing up and so I went to the guy and asked him gently 'Hey, you have taken over my spot'. And his white young hot chick heard me and said 'What?!!! He is just getting water!'. I decided not to confront and stayed away. Gentleman as I am.
Then she took him away to a table and was whispering to him. She was pretty hot looking and he was, well, short and plump and ordinary looking. Women can be so desperate now.

That reminds me of the Mexico trip to Mexico City. We were out one night. Literally as you described.

Our colleague from Costa Rica made the comment that the short plump dude with the super hot-assed girlfriend in the short tight skirt was either "hung like a horse or had money. Or, both."

Given we were in Mexico City, expected conclusions are usually reached. We agreed likely money; drug-related based on the manner of dress and the bling he was wearing.
