USA Deportations news

Will Somalia take her back, or will she be deported to Costa Rico?

The Trump administration is not playing.

If this is true, and can be proven, she is done.

Former Nazis were stripped of their citizenship and denaturalized as were several individuals of Middle Eastern origin.

She should be treated no differently.

Crazy thing is, people knew all this. Only the Trump Administration decided to go after her. They must have the evidence; otherwise, the DOJ would never try such cases.

Investigation actually started during Biden's administration but kept it hushed. They do this to get leverage over their own incase they get too independent or don't tow the party line. It happened to California congressman Swalwell the democrats knew about his past and used it to get him out of the California governor's race when he refused to leave when asked by dem party.

This reminds me why I hate politics. The games they play and the lies they tell.

It's funny how this investigation started under the Biden Administration yet Trump is a bigot / racist / Islamophobe targeting his political enemies.

Trump administration can hold immigrants in ICE custody without bond, court rules

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled detained immigrants don’t have a constitutional right to a bond hearing after they enter the country illegally.

So this is interesting and I kind of agree with the logic.
You see they were not supposed to be in the US...so technically they are treated as if they are still standing at the border arguing with border security.

You basically have no right to ask for anything from a US court. If you want more you have to turn around and go to an embassy or something.
