USA Deportations news

So many people being denied reentry even on US passport/ green card and F-1/ H-1 whatever.

You can't be denied re-entry with a US Passport unless you have an outstanding criminal record somewhere or are carrying something illegal.

There's no shortage of jerk and uncooperative US citizens giving US border police a hard time every day and still being let in 99.99% of the time.

For a US passport holder they can't force you to answer any past immigration history either because just like the Miranda laws you have the right to not be coerced into self-incriminating statements. You don't have to answer.

Just give them basic info about your identity (which is already on the passport) and plead the 5th to the rest. Sure they can put me on some known A-hole list (with 1 million other people) but all that's going to do is have me pulled out of line on future trips where I'm just going to give the same answers.

Invoking Miranda only works for US Passport holders because by default they have to let you in but for others they don't have that right so you'd be denied entry.

traveling to/ returnin from banned countries........in the case of these green card holders, most of em are senior citizens with no residence/ tax records/ evidence of having a life in the US cuz theys living in the basements of their kids homes.

This is what the vidz are saying. Thousands getting stripped off of the green cards now because of this.

Citizenship revoking is on da cards if yous travel to a banned country. Vance just issued a tweet on this.

Indian woman advocating for Hamas? Wow, globalization is getting weird.

What's wrong with fighting Jewish supremacist squatters who spit on Christians in their free time?

The article states she is a pro Palestine activist. What has hamas got to do with it anyway? What compelled you to say that?

Fascism?
Anyone supporting Palestine deserves deportation? You enjoy watching European squatters kill brown people? Surely that's the only logical conclusion for anyone to support Israel these days?

Bhai today if you’re from subcontinent or Indian or coming from that region or banned country even with valid visa, with no return ticket on you…….no entry……right away deported from airport.

It’s very strict now.

This persecution of pro-Palestinian activists is a failure of the American Muslim community. If this had been targeted at Jewish or Hindu communities, those communities would have set up hotlines, support groups, and an army of lawyers to help the victims.

But the American Muslim community is impotent and has failed to rise to the challenge. Can't blame this one on Muslim governments.

The article says, “advocating for violence and terrorism” and supporting Hamas.

She had every right to go to India and organize a protest march in New Delhi or Bombay. Her choice to dabble in the politics of the day in a foreign country was not a wise one, as she is finding out. It is not like we are suffering from lack of American protesters anyway.

I see

Advocating for jews to stop killing babies is terrorism.

That's the law.
Do the crime do the time.
There is no crime involved. It is perfectly legal. A person who is non-resident for more than half of a calendar year is no longer a 'Permanent Resident'. They are considered to have expatriated.

I was just using the expression to mean that people should accept the consequences of their voluntary actions. I agree it is not a crime but the 180 day rule should be known to anyone who has a green card.

Activist judge still protecting gang-affiliated illegal aliens:

He has an interesting history of judicial activism against conservatives. Not surprised Articles of Impeachment are being drawn up.

MIAMI (AP) — Franco Caraballo called his wife Friday night, crying and panicked. Hours earlier, the 26-year-old barber and dozens of other Venezuelan migrants at a federal detention facility in Texas were dressed in white clothes, handcuffed and taken onto a plane. He had no idea where he was going.

Twenty-four hours later, Caraballo’s name disappeared from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s online detainee locator.

On Monday, his wife, Johanny Sánchez, learned Caraballo was among more than 200 Venezuelan immigrants flown over the weekend to El Salvador, where they are in a maximum-security prison after being accused by the Trump administration of belonging to the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.

Sorry Frankie..maybe they had an empty seat and picked you to fill it...

Funny how some of them are claiming they have no gang affiliation.

We need some billboards on the border wall showing a CECOT prison cell in El Salvador.

The only thing is that they should be safely sent to their country of origin; it would be easier for them to reunite with their extended families.

I've seen and read cases where they are dropped off in the middle of nowhere and get held for ransom and possibly killed if demands aren't met.
