USA Deportations news

Most of these foreign students get brainwashed by AIPAC run student unions who fool international students into Gaza protests and literally huddle them into a corner via befriending or peer pressure and get them deported with the age old entrapment tactic.

This is how the US society works folks.......don't be a chutiya and continue living there. They'll get you one way or the other on dissent. Either conform or fukk off!

Specially if yous colludd.

If your insinuation is true, those are some seriously clever (((people))) then.

"come bro, let us protest and save Gaza !"

and then stab em in the back "psst, ocifer, those foreign antisemites are pro hamas terrorism"

like that ?

(((high iq)))

Once again, this is a FAILURE of the American Muslim community. If this was happening to people supporting a Jewish or Hindu cause, those communities would have set up support hotlines, lawyers and a help network.

In the old country, they can shift the blame to Muslim governments but it turns out the laziness and failure to mobilize has always been a fault of Muslim society itself.

I’m just saying that all our mosques got FBI informants, same with any Muslim org/ charity etc. operating anywhere in western countries.

We all know this bro……

Been like this since even before 911.

It’s all business…….how else can they justify their billion dolla budgets in the intelligence industry?

New industry is this deportations bonanza……..the DHS offices got a weekly quota to meet.

The more yous deport, the more money you make……😝

So what?

There is nothing illegal about providing support, including financial and legal support, to these students and anyone else being persecuted for supporting Palestine.

The US is a country of laws and even the President is not a dictator. Anything the US government does must be within the law and can be challenged if there is doubt. Simply voicing support for Palestine is not illegal so the government must prove any wrongdoing in a court.

This persecution of pro-Palestinian activists is a failure of the American Muslim community. If this had been targeted at Jewish or Hindu communities, those communities would have set up hotlines, support groups, and an army of lawyers to help the victims.

But the American Muslim community is impotent and has failed to rise to the challenge. Can't blame this one on Muslim governments.

Harsh

What could they do

Harsh

What could they do

  1. Provide financial support, especially to students and families who have lost their source of income.
  2. Provide counselling including access to other people in similar situation.
  3. File a motion in court to pause the government action until the alleged violation is proven in court.
None of these things are illegal and they would make a huge difference to someone who may be feeling all alone and helpless.

Ok, it probably wouldn't reverse anything

But hopefully that's happenings in one way or another

On the contrary, I think the government is counting on railroading these students out of the country because they think most of them would not be able to mount a legal challenge in time.

As I mentioned before, simply attending a pro-life rally does not mean that the person condones murdering abortion doctors or bombing abortion clinics. Similarly, attending a pro-Palestine rally doesn't mean that the person supports Hamas actions or terrorism.

Good point, but rules are rules.

I'm not a 100% on the law in the US but many countries have a zero tolerance policy toward foreign nationals participating in political events.

Then when they start burning their flag, vandalizing campuses, holding up inflammatory 🪧 🪧 s etc, and on the rare instance, roughing up US citizens (jews) counter protesting... some are, unsurprisingly, being thrown the book at them and deported.

That's just how it is. I'd encourage everyone here who knows people studying in the US to advice them to steer well clear of such charged political activity of the sort there.

Post online anonymously, debate people respectfully... stay safe. None of these protests will ever accomplish any political goals.

Become a citizen and write to your reps and protest all you want.. dunno.

Actually good advice

Protests have achieved anything when? sure it keeps the story relevant.....but Iraq war had huge protests too, there are certain events that governments and powers will do regardless , better to be realistic, protests fade over time

A wider issue with this story is what it might mean for Americans in general, outside of Muslim issues, Israel has connected their gaza carnage with defending USA.... probably should have been a tactic too for the protests

Young people, passions running high, a much polarizazed crowd... charged atmosphere.

Best avoid getting caught ap in it. Especially bad of you're a foreign national, but I'd advice as kuch even to citizens proper... you not gonna get anything of substance done there but may well find yourself in a hairy situation.

But people gonna people... oh well.

Such a xhitshow, this whole thing.
