I knew several people who participated in the Detroit riots back in 1967.

They told me they had a blast looting TV sets, etc.

My late uncle Bud was an officer in the Michigan National Guard and told me once the rioters found out Gov. Romney (Mitt Romney's father) took away their bullets, the blacks had a field day looting.
