I knew several people who participated in the Detroit riots back in 1967.

They told me they had a blast looting TV sets, etc.

My late uncle Bud was an officer in the Michigan National Guard and told me once the rioters found out Gov. Romney (Mitt Romney's father) took away their bullets, the blacks had a field day looting.

My man! Confirmed!!!!

Friend of mine who was just back from Vietnam was assigned to the 101st and was there. He stated the exact same thing to me. Five years ago.
