hmm...mostly Cape Cod...which is basically deserted during wintertime.
Another reason not to live there year round...you are last when things need fixing.
Looks like the wealthy houses on those two big islands (Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket) are doing fine.

PHX metro area was in the 90s week before last, temps dropped, and now by the middle of this week will be back in the 90s.
Friends down there are turning their A/C on while we're still running our furnace at night.
LOL It’s now around 80 here…there was a blizzard like 2 weeks ago. Snow melted…lakes still frozen.
Was down in PHX for part of the day. Was 91 in the North Valley when I left.Just as the last of the snowbanks have melted due to the warm weather…it has decided to snow again.
