USS Lincoln ‘Hit’ By Iran’s ‘Rustsheed’ Missile? Rusty Warship Fuels A Chilling New Claim

Dude seriously civilians use this tech on their boats

Crews would need to be lowered down to the waterline, sand off the rust, put on two coats of rust-preventative primer and then two coats of naval gray paint, according to Schuster.

“Based on what I am seeing, you are looking at about 30 days of preservation work to remove all the rust,” he said.

Lincoln isn't going back to sea/combat operations it was supposed to end its deployment months ago it will now come home to port for likely a year unless an emergency arises.

USS Vinson is deploying this year after it just did the longest deployment for a carrier, before Lincoln of course, and now it's going out to sea again likely combat operations.

I think Chinese Aircraft Carrier should come for a port call to Gwadar Pakistan. That would be a sight to watch and it will also give PLAN the exposure to long duration missions.

If that rusty ship is in such bad condition, just imagine what bad shape that crew is in.
