Venezuela - US Conflict: News, Updates

Qatar Helps to Obtain First Proof Maduro Was Alive – Acting Venezuelan President

CARACAS (Sputnik) - Qatar helped obtain the first evidence that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, who were kidnapped during the US attack, were alive, Acting President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez said.

"I want to highlight and express my gratitude to Qatari Emir [Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani], who, in the darkest hours of the early morning when Venezuela was under attack, helped – he himself, his government, and his prime minister – to obtain the first proof that the president and the first lady are alive. I want to thank him on behalf of the government and the people of Venezuela," Rodriguez said.

She also expressed gratitude to the Qatari Emir for his efforts in establishing a communication channel between the governments of the United States and Venezuela.

This is the guy who betrayed Maduro. The Venezuela acting president Delcy Rodriguez has terminate his service and arrested and charge with the following:

• Accepting CIA bribes
• Providing U.S special forces with president Maduro exact coordinate
• Systematically disabling the anti craft defense protocols
• The death of 32 security personnel assigned to Maduro

Gen-javier Marcano Tabata was a close friend of Maduro. He grew up with Maduro, He was most trusted friend. For a bag of dollars, he sold the country & it's resources.

Same same Story of Sankara and Blaise Compaore, Childhood friends, Grew up together, Took over govt together, Given the highest military honor and in charge of guarding Sankara. Then the eventually fucked him up.

Friendship is overrated no one had ever been betrayed by an enemy, killed by an enemy, poisoned by an enemy, or even killed coming from a meeting with an enemy. Trust yourself only not even your spouse or parent or kid.

Attention
Information coming from Venezuela says that the "head of the secret service" has been arrested.

I’m sure he was guilty but I doubt he was the only one. Delay was prob in on it too.

A commentary I found....

I told you, the tech is way beyond our guys going toe to toe with other shooters and just trading pills now. But still, this next one sounds like a cover story to me. I do not think, in the dark of night, this guy was counting heads as the helos offloaded. I also would think there was a full thermal accounting of heads on site from a Global Hawk or even a satellite for maybe days prior to the raid, so they knew exactly how many people were on site and where they were during the raid, and a guy like this “witness” could not hide and escape notice, let alone watch the helos offload. And it might all be more advanced than that. I also don’t know why you would traumatically affect OpFor soldiers and leave them conscious and possibly able to fight, when you might want to take them all alive and interrogate them. I suspect they hit Maduro’s residence with the sleep weapon, and knocked everyone out cold, executed the Cubans of no value and posed the crime/combat scene to make it look like combat and maybe hide the use of the weapon, and took who they wanted alive. But they do not want to admit it since most would not understand being so hardcore you are executing sleeping guards, so they had one guy put out this story to make it sound like the dead bodies had to be killed since they were still shooting and dangerous.

Nevertheless, warfare is changing, and once you see these weapons yourself, even experience them used on you, it changes everything you thought you knew about assaulting, defending, and the art of killing. A broad wave can be released and wash across the battlefield, and in a moment do what it would have taken hours or days, and hundreds or thousands of lives, to do before, one by one, using the fine motor skills and the luck of catching the enemy out from behind cover. And it won’t matter if the enemy is concealed, or behind cover, or barricaded, or if you can see them or not. Everybody within hundreds of yards can be paused, turned off, or catastrophically ended, with no ability to stop it or defend against it. Now that everybody knows this is the game, expect every tinpot dictator to be developing their own DEW weaponry, expect the Cartels to roll it out, maybe in the US on LE, and get ready for neighbors to have it out with neighbors silently through their walls with various forms of homemade microwave beams and infrasonic vibrations, and maybe even more…

No, it's illegal in international law, this is considered a kidnapping. For a head of state to be arrested, there must be a UN resolution condemning and ordering their capture; otherwise, it's kidnapping.

Not even Netanyahu (who has an arrest warrant against him from the International Criminal Court) can be captured in his home country; for Netanyahu's arrest to be valid, he has to go to a country associated with the International Criminal Court, and then he could be arrested.
Let us be real now: There is no such thing as 'international law'.

In order for a 'law' to be valid, two things MUST exist:

1. Consensus
2. Enforcement

Yes, there are many 'international law' that we have consensus. But zero that are enforceable. A 'law' that are not enforceable is no law at all. Whoever violated said 'international law', the UN can act disgusted and pass all kinds of meaningless resolutions, but that is all. Who is going to step up and punish the violator(s)?

Deception jamming is possible by the antennas you mentioned. However noise jamming would require very high energy outputs because of the nature of these vhf radars. Also high power output would reveal the location of the airborne jammers. For deception jamming you need to send fake signals to the radar reciever so you need to know the rough position of the long wavelength radars priorly to fake those signals back. By using spy sats and radio frequency mapping(more difficult for vhf radars but still possible) over a period of time the static radar installations can be located and then as you mentioned deception jamming is possible.

I agree that Russian and Chinese static air defense doctrine as well as hardware needs to be reformed fitting to new approaches. They rely on non-moving powerful radar installations and use the power of the radar to cut through jamming which fails on evolving deception jamming techniques. They also rely on active protection of larger radars by smaller sams Pantsyr-Tor which also fail under jamming and saturation attacks.

For example as I mentioned if the radars were moved continiously and exact position were not known prior the jamming would be less effective on vhf radars. This is both a doctrine issue as well as hardware. Rapid re-Installation and moving the larger vhf radars is difficult and need improvements on the hardware as well.
One word: SIGINT.

And no one is better than US at it.

He will be free soon/kicked out of country likely living in US. Unless he helped US under threat of take you and your whole family out unless you tell us, if that, US won't care what happens to him.

Frightening for some reason. My brain tells me bullets fired at you will likely kill you but for some reason high intense noise that can melt your brain is more frightening than getting hit with an infantry round or frag explosives. I get now why the VP and now short run president of Venezuela was very conceding on US demands I thought because of being bombed or captured but sonic waves can likely really put the scare in someone.

Do your own investigation...From an X account Mike Netter...

This account from a Venezuelan security guard loyal to Nicolás Maduro is absolutely chilling—and it explains a lot about why the tone across Latin America suddenly changed.
Security Guard: On the day of the operation, we didn't hear anything coming. We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation. The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn't know how to react.
Interviewer: So what happened next? How was the main attack?
Security Guard: After those drones appeared, some helicopters arrived, but there were very few. I think barely eight helicopters. From those helicopters, soldiers came down, but a very small number. Maybe twenty men. But those men were technologically very advanced. They didn't look like anything we've fought against before.
Interviewer: And then the battle began?
Security Guard: Yes, but it was a massacre. We were hundreds, but we had no chance. They were shooting with such precision and speed... it seemed like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute. We couldn't do anything.
Interviewer: And your own weapons? Didn't they help?
Security Guard: No help at all. Because it wasn't just the weapons. At one point, they launched something—I don't know how to describe it... it was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside. We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move.
Interviewer: And your comrades? Did they manage to resist?
Security Guard: No, not at all. Those twenty men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us. We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I've never seen anything like it. We couldn't even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was.
Interviewer: So do you think the rest of the region should think twice before confronting the Americans?
Security Guard: Without a doubt. I'm sending a warning to anyone who thinks they can fight the United States. They have no idea what they're capable of. After what I saw, I never want to be on the other side of that again. They're not to be messed with.
Interviewer: And now that Trump has said Mexico is on the list, do you think the situation will change in Latin America?
Security Guard: Definitely. Everyone is already talking about this. No one wants to go through what we went through. Now everyone thinks twice. What happened here is going to change a lot of things, not just in Venezuela but throughout the region.

To say that international law doesn't exist would be the same as saying that internal laws don't exist within countries. International law exists, but the Zionist Jewish elite and their puppets don't comply with it, although they use it when they need to, as in the case of the creation of the state of Israel, or say that Iran violated international laws on uranium enrichment or that Iraq violated international human rights laws, etc.

A 'law' without enforcement is no law. Simple as that.
