No, that’s not a Vietnamese fighter jet. I just took a random pic to show that we take flight suits from the NATO. Generally we are not biased we take what fits best from East and West…
As for fighter jets, US or French fighter aircraft are out of question they will never deliver. The Chinese will never deliver, either. the Russians want to sell but not transfer of technology. I bet on domestic fighter aircraft. That’s the only way.
