They want not just to exploit the working class, but also other non-American capitalists.

I think it’s not a secret that Trump’s politics towards the Arabs, Iran, Turkey are much dictated by the Jewish AIPAC. US capitalism is some sort of Israeli capitalism and chauvinism.

There is a deep fissure in the capitalist camp right now.

Unlike during the cold war, where all capitalists were aligned under the US to pit against the USSR, now many non-American capitalists adore to do business with the free market savvy communists in China and Vietnam.

As for China, it is now too competitive being often outcompeting both American/non-American capitalists.

So many non-American capitalists would cozy up with Vietnam to counter balance against the bullying/rogue American capitalists and the super competitive Chinese communists.

US, Israel capitalism is like this: the rich have lobster, the poor can eat grass.
Vietnam follows Chinese capitalism we are more balanced, not that cruel. USSR was a military power, not a capitalist society, its population was poorer than the poor communist East Germans.

China and Vietnam are following the state-capitalism with free market.

The government needs to regulate and control the country to make sure it won't descend into chaos, but in the meantime allow the private enterprises to innovate with more incentive policy.

The US mega corporations simply don't innovate anymore when they become too greedy and controlling the government as their loyal servants.

We cannot give the government too much power, but nor we can give those private corporations too much power.

The US style capitalism is just too extreme, that's why they are even more ruthless than the European version.

Yes, that’s it. in military sphere however Vietnam and Israel army are much very close despite all differences in ideology. most people don’t know that at all.
