China will not interfere Russia's weapon deal with Vietnam, since we don't want to act overbearingly like the US.

However, Russia might not be able to mass produce Su-57, so they gonna sell you Su-35 instead.

Thot with Su35 is in progress. But no easy to make. Vietnam wants to buy those jets for $8 billion, to be paid by the profits from a joint oil company in Russia. But since the deal is leaked, the US has taken notes. We will see.
I think if the US refuses to issue an exemption, Vietnam will likely back down from the deal.

why not learn from Putin’s terror bombers in Ukraine. Yes, I think Vietnam army has plentiful dumb bombs. such glide kit makes dumb to smart.
