I never say “quick import”. Back in old Pakistan defense I promoted to buy more submarines with technology in a package. Having the technology is the key. The US and Israeli military complex is on another level, they play a different league than Philippines or Indonesia.

I give up this discussion. You have your point.

Having the technology is the key? That's correct, but the key is that industrialized nations are not going to sell you their nation's strategic technologies; you would even be hard-pressed to run around asking restaurants to sell you their secret recipes.

Four 76 mm guns confirmed being produced for A2, A3, A4, A5 ships. Considering the American sell this same gun to the Israeli for over $30 million usd per gun; this will save us at least $150 million usd for a total of 6 ships being built.
