The USA should do a Major military tech transfer to Vietnam.

If the US can give tech transfer in making diesel submarines and fighter aircraft, that would be nice.

You mean design and appearance of Chinese destroyers?
Yes, it looks like it’s the case.
I favor US Aegis destroyers, but obviously there are China fans in Vietnam with traditional thinking, copy from the northern country is a safe bet.
