Then, Trump US will crush you by putting 100% tariffs on Vietnamese products. Just wait and see. He doesn't want anyone to make money from US, not even India that US relies on so much strategically to make trouble for and contain China.

Vietnam seems to wait the next president after Trump, and they want to deal with a democrat.

Literally, no one friend or foe wants to deal with Trump US, he is totally untrustworthy and unpredictable. Maybe, except China, I think Chinese rather deal with Trump than like Biden that is always double-faced with a knife in his back pocket. Trump is straight forward with China and his US can't win over China because China is strong, I think Chinese leaders and people like that.

Possible but unlikely to happen
The US faces debt crisis, living costs crisis, Iran war crisis, healthcare crisis, no friends, no allies. The MAGA will face a manufacturing crisis if they escalate trade wars beyond China, Canada, Mexico.
India? It seems the US lost strategic interest on India.
But Trump is a psycho, everything is possible.

we are still good with Trump.
The US imposes 40% tariffs on China, but 15% on Vietnam on electronics. massive amounts of ventilation systems made in Vietnam go to the US. AI datacenters need enormous energy, and in turn need enormous ventilators to cool them down.

Those "Vietnamese" products are not ours. Over 90% of those exports revenues to the U.S are from FDI enterprises from the U.S, S.Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, and Europe importing components, materials, machineries from China or their based countries nearby and assemble the final products in Vietnam via our low wages, and ship them back to the U.S. A pair of Nuke shoes will cost 100 usd minimum and a Samsung phone will cost 2000 usd for U.S consumers if he escalates the tariff war. In the end, the tariff war will hit U.S allied countries and U.S consumers the most, not us.
