How to build HSR highspeed rail?
Siemens agreed to 1 billion euros deal with Vinspeed. The contract is signed yesterday in Berlin.
The deal includes transfer of technology, initial 10 Velaro Novo trains, signalling, electrification and communications systems.

Siemens Mobility and Vietnam’s VinSpeed have signed a turnkey contract worth up to 1 billion EUR for two high-speed rail projects.

Interestingly, Vinspeed begins building the HSR Hanoi northern and Saigon southern sections months before the contract with Siemens is signed.
The rail runs parallel to autobahn.
