If you mean metal machining machines, like lathe, boring machines, drilling or milling machines, with CNC or not, then the only one in Vietnam which ever manufactured such machines in scale is Hanoi Mechanical Factory. But it no longer manufactures machine tools, probably stopped in 1990s.

In 2026, no company in Vietnam really manufacture metal machining machines. All are imported. Some companies might import the basic machines and customize them, but they do not really manufacture, despite the label like "CNC machine made in Vietnam".

When i graduated and worked for a mechanical company in the south of Vietnam, near HCM city long time ago, nearly all machines in the company were manufactured by Hanoi Mechanical Factory.
