Cambodia’s strongman Hun Sen arrived he will attend the victory parade. he is picked up from the airport by the VF armoured car without flags. he apparently doesn’t want to be seen. Many in Vietnam are not amused he initiates a war against Thailand without provocation.

Training aircrafts, probably bigger than this one, were made by the Vietnamese army since early 1980s until around 1990. Several models (HL-1, HL-2) were manufactured. The information is hard to get, but I have seen pictures of them.
