Emerging from the people – dedicated to serving the people

Around 8 a.m. on September 17, while babysitting her grandson at home in Tan Thanh commune, Lang Son province, Mrs. Sam (57 years old) suddenly heard a knock at the door. Outside the gate, a group of about 30 soldiers asked to stop by and rest.
Without hesitation, Mrs. Sam cheerfully opened the door and invited them in. Her grandson, upon seeing the soldiers, ran out into the yard, jumping and laughing with joy.
On the cement-tiled yard, the soldiers quickly arranged their backpacks neatly, then sat down to rest, eat, and chat. By noon, some laid out mats to nap, while others carefully cleaned up and kept the area tidy.
At the end of the video, the little boy sat beside his grandmother, waving goodbye to the soldiers. The troops happily waved back before continuing on their journey.
