Vietnam likely misses LNG to power target because the 3 major gas turbine manufacturers GE, Siemens and Mitsubishi can´t deliver (with the result Vietnam can´t buy LNG from the US). Unless Trump steps in and advises GE to deliver the turbines to Vietnam on priority list.
