Gushine Electronics has inaugurated its new lithium battery manufacturing base in Hai Phong. The new facility strengthens regional capacity, enhances supply chain flexibility, and demonstrates Gushine's commitment to Vietnam and the global energy market.

Leveraging advanced hardware and smart systems, the base provides tailored solutions for different specifications, performance needs, and application scenarios.

The 22,000-square-metre facility is equipped with automated production lines and intelligent management systems, focusing on high-performance lithium battery packs for industrial and commercial applications, with an estimated annual output value of USD 100 million.

"The Vietnam base is a crucial step in our global strategy. It enhances supply chain security and supports international market growth." He added, " We are dedicated to compliance and innovation, striving to set a new industry benchmark in Vietnam," says Mr. Meng Hui, Chairman and CEO of Gushine, in a press release.
The base is expected to create 400-500 jobs in R&D, production, and quality control. Gushine says it will continue investing in employee development. Production capacity will scale up steadily, boosting Gushine's competitiveness.

It's not even the first time, and as usual, Vietnamese media completely shrugged it off. Even supposed CIA or Western mouthpiece outlets like Tuoi Tre and Thanh Nien suddenly went quiet. It makes you wonder, when things like this happen inside Vietnam, where can the victims even seek justice?

I'll hold off on using too many related keywords in case the bots start swarming in here.

Here's another one.

Unacceptable behavior. If he is found guilty he must be disciplined. That’s an embarrassment for Vietnam.

Seems boiling water. The south koreans seem disappointed with To Lam visit to NK. SK now wants to terminate the K9 howitzer deal with Vietnam. Probably more to come. I don’t know. That’s what I read it.
I think they should be more relax. The NK visit has much to do with Trump’s aggressive foreign policy.

That's just a flimsy excuse pushed by Vietnamese state propaganda. I seriously doubt anyone believes that foreign officials, especially senior military leaders, are being framed by other countries. That guy holds the rank of Senior General in the Vietnam People's Army and serves as Deputy Minister of Defence. And South Korea operates under a clear separation of powers among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, unlike Vietnam's centralized system. So don't expect his crimes to escape public scrutiny the way they routinely do in Vietnam.

Power without control leads to misconduct and corruption. There must be a control instance. the army enjoys much autonomy. If internal control fails then the army would face more external scrutiny.

Traffic collision in Hanoi, a female student's right leg broke

It's not just about the army. Even now, not a single outlet has said anything about the culprit's identity or his punishment, even though his name and especially his wife's are all over Vietnamese social media. Normally, cases like this are dealt with quickly, given the government's tendency to act in line with populist sentiment.

One method is public punishment, public prosecution, the other is private punishment, prosecution. Sometimes good, like within families, not to wash dirty clothes in public.
