Jill Stein was a protest vote. I know people who voted for her and Pakistanis/Arabs who were so frustrated with Biden and the Democrats betrayal that they voted Trump. I also know people who very reluctantly voted for Kamala because of "lesser of two evils". Kamala Harris herself was thoroughly unqualified and would have been a puppet as President, as she was as VP.

The truth and realization out of 2024 election for many, was that the American political system is completely hacked and subjugated and your vote doesn't really matter. There is only the Uniparty that is focused on corporate profits, war and preserving the privileges and power of those at the top.

In a two party system, where the gap between as narrow in key states, being a community which visibly is the reason Kamala loses that state means the next go around you can make demand to be won back over.

Look at El Sayed campaign in Michigan. The mobilization takes years to coalesce into a political force capable of bringing change.
