On night 29/30 January 2025, Security Forces conducted an intelligence based operation in general area Mir Ali, North Waziristan District on reported presence of khwarij.

During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location and resultantly six khwarij were sent to hell.

However, during intense fire exchange, Major Hamza Israr (age: 29 years, resident of District Rawalpindi), a brave officer who was leading his troops from the front and Sepoy Muhammad Naeem (age: 26 years, resident of District Naseerabad), having fought gallantly, paid the ultimate sacrifice and embraced Shahadat.

Pakistani military officer Major Waqas wins humanity by adopting a girl buried alive by a tyrant

In Nowshera district, a wretched and cruel father buried his daughter alive immediately after her birth.

When the rescue team received a tip-off, they immediately arrived and pulled the girl out of the grave.

By the grace of God, the girl was alive and well, but she had a fever and pneumonia - she was immediately admitted to the hospital.

She was discharged a week later, but since her parents were not present, Pakistan Army Major Waqas adopted the girl.

However, during intense fire exchange, Lieutenant Muhammad Hassaan Arshaf (age: 21 years, resident of District Lahore) leading his troops from front, fought gallantly and embraced Shahadat along with his three men.

The three soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice include Naib Subedar Muhammad Bilal (age: 39 years, resident of District Dera Ismail khan), Sepoy Farhat Ullah (age: 27 years, resident of District Lakki Marwat) and Sepoy Himat Khan (age: 29 years, resident of District Mohmand).

Very sad news to hear, may Allah grant him a place in heaven.

But coming on to the larger picture:

1- Why are we sending SSG in DI Khan of all places? This has to stop. Our frontline elite is being sent for IBO's in mainland Pakistan, we need to to do better with the other law enforcement agencies. Easier said than done, but goes to show how much of a mess we are in.
2- The signaling for this needs to be better. Shill accounts first post this news, then they post that the soldiers were ambushed. Get your story right first then go ahead with the public news. This is just plain out disrespect to the fallen.
