I think having different copies may be a problem - I have been trying to figure out a twitch or something similar that allows you all to either interact or provide live inputs to put plans in action.

First thought was a google video screen share?
Or something similar.

This way everyone actually sees what we are putting in, see the limitations, make adjustments on the fly.

Because each side only sees their placements and ideas it will keep it both fair and engaging
