When the exhibition ends we really need to systematize the showcasing and achievements of local Saudi Arabian firms (public as well as private) because right now they are covered in a sea of various posts that cover both Saudi Arabian and foreign defense news. Just even purely for the sake of an overview.
The Spanish company Navantia's pavilion showcases the latest advanced maritime technologies:

HD amphibious assault ships.
- Saudi Arabia is looking to establish its first naval submarine force, and Spain may enter the race given the strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and Spain.

It weighs 14 kilograms and has an operational range of up to 20 kilometers.

At World Defense Show 2026; the Naval Forces pavilion in the Maritime Systems zone showcases advanced locally manufactured systems countering aircraft, unmanned surface vessels, and drones, reflecting the evolution of maritime capabilities and support for localizing the military industries.
The tower and cannon of the HEET 8×8, which is capable of launching guided missiles, not just shells, and can strike aerial targets.
The version displayed with the 105mm gun means it's specialized for providing fire support to infantry against fortifications and light armored vehicles.
If it gets contracted (most likely to replace the PIRANHA II and LAV A1), we will likely see it in the following variants:
- Infantry carrier
- Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV)
- Command, control & communications (from platoon to battalion level)
- Ammunition carrier
- Recovery, towing & repair
- Medical evacuation
- Mortar carrier
- Anti-tank missile carrier

the newer 300 version and I think they misspelled رعد
EO Systems from Korea being the second company in the world to make fusion NVGs with totally inhouse R&D. Compared to the US made fusion goggles that go for approx $50k per piece, EO Systems is targeting a 25-35k price point depending on units procured.
