Woman says the media lied about America, it's a great country and people don't want to go home





Maybe that was from them listening to biased Eastern Media..because I thought from reading PDF the US controlled Western media. If that was so...then why are foreigners hearing lies about the US?

I have visited the US twice. First in 1997 and then in 2011. Last visit was right after something bad went down between the US and Pakistan. I was afraid I would be put through some hard times by the US immigration, but I ended up finding the Americans very friendly. Great country, great people.

I been to America a few times in the 90s. But I would never go back after learning from the experience of the Indian diplomat who had a cavity search. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-25440252

Thing is I checked the law and in many countries around the world law enforcement are allowed to carry out such searches but only if they suspect wrong doing. In America police are allowed to carry out cavity search even if they have no reason. So for example in Chengis case if he gets arrested for speeding on his motor bike he could easily be given a cavity search

I know your thread is a troll thread and hence I responded in kind. That aside, USA is a beautiful nation and the people are exceptionally friendly, which I say from first hand experience during my visits there and from knowing my American friends over here.

I think you'll find the concerns about USA have always been political in nature. Even there, if USA recovers its historic identity as was always intended for it, then folks everywhere would respect that too. USA simply needs to become independent from the force that continues to occupy it - easier said than done!

No reason? She was thrown in a Federal jail (not NY)..and before being put in jail with other inmates everybody is searched.

That wasn't the local NYC police that ordinary people deal with. She was arrested by the Federal Police (aka US Marshals Service or the US Government Police). The same people holding Nicolás Maduro in Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, NYC..who I'm sure got searched too.
