According to The Guardian on March 30, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio has instructed American embassies and consulates around the world to unite and do a good job in external propaganda, telling the 'American story' well. Rubio also clarified that Elon Musk's platform X is an 'innovative' tool that helps carry out propaganda work, allowing foreign affairs personnel to remove 'anti-American information' on the X platform.
The report says that this telegram was signed by Rubio on the 30th and then submitted to U.S. embassies and consulates abroad.
The telegram instructs each embassy and consulate to pursue five main goals: counter 'hostile propaganda,' expand information channels, expose 'hostile actions,' boost local voices supporting U.S. interests, and promote 'telling the American story.'
At the same time, embassies and consulates are asked to recruit local influencers, scholars, and community leaders to spread 'counter-propaganda information.' This move is meant to make U.S.-funded content sound more like it originates locally rather than being imposed from outside.

I was completing expecting this reaction.
But unlike China...the US doesn't offer foreign influencers free trips and editing services just to put the name of our country in yellow capitals, our country flag pic, go to the same sites and read from the same script, and then give a "We've been lied to about..." propaganda spiel.
Like do you really think people aren't seeing a rather obvious propaganda pattern just in the thumbnail pics?
They even read the same scripts and use the same camera angles..check it out:

BTW in regards to the above video the US has a very popular monorail going through a building since 1971 in DisneyWorld...which pretty much everybody knows about.
There are certain other similar staged foreign influencer propaganda videos about other areas of a certain country that they want to show the world as being "fine"..using the same scripts..the same walking through a marketplace seeing certain "happy dancing people".
