The Shadow Commander by Arash Azizi

A Dance with Dragons by George RR Martin

The House of Kennedy by James Patterson.

A book that I would recommend Pakistanis to read is

Turkey: A Modern History by Erik-Jan Zürcher

I think it's extremely relevant to Pakistan today because it discusses the problems and failures in the Ottoman empire of Pan-Islamism, sub-nationalism and theocratic governments and the influence it had on the Ottoman state's effectiveness and power.

It explains why secularism rose as a prominent ideology in such an environment alongside nationalism in the new Republic.

Current inventory of my likes and all time favourites:

Hmm, was a huge John Grisham fan long long ago. We are talking his 90's and early 2000's books. But he seems to have then run out of fresh ideas and storylines. I have not read a book for his in 20 years. How are the ones you show in your screenshot ?

Do you know other authors who also write legal thriller/drama type books like John Grisham ?

John Grisham, James Patterson, Richard North Patterson, Phillip Margolin are my fav but I think only Grisham and J Patterson still write, but its been a while since i spent much on books.

David Baldacci’s memory man series is another great recommendation personally and he still writes.

I also like Jonathan Kellerman, he’s good as well.

I’m trying Michael Connelly books i got a while ago

You’re in USA which means easier access to these books at great price if u can find some bargains or the library.

In the 90’s i loved reading Hardy Boys novels, my cousin had a entire bookshelf of collection so I read them all. Those books helped me polish my English vocabulary.
