Whatever

Did your theatrics help. Did they beg you to stay on.

Cheers, Doc
Nope. I don’t moderate. I am just a member. That was my decision. Nobody paid any attention. 😁

So nothing much changed.

You did not moderate earlier as well.

Cheers, Doc

lol. Apparently all I did was trigger some tantrums. Pretty good ones too. 😁

You, and all red speed bumped members, could also take a break from the forum. I would.

And check in from time to time to see if things had changed.

I would not be posting muzzled.

On the old forum, when banned, they gave you a date. When you would get out of jail.

It was set right at the beginning.

It seems your speed trap here is a moving target.

Cheers, Doc
I mean, inni koi tanshun bhi nahi hai.

Just looking for a bit of clarity on how it works, and just how long this house arrest goes on for.

So far no one's been forthcoming. Week, month, 6 months, perma'd ? .. Kuch to batao. :|

We've seen a surge in reports over the last three days, and we want to improve how we handle them. Our goal is to actively address each reported post, whether we approve or reject it. To ease the workload on our moderation team, we're making some changes.

Beginning tomorrow, we're introducing a forum feature called "SpeedLimit". Users included in this group will be limited to 10 posts and 1 new thread per day. We'll continually monitor and make adjustments to deter spam and enhance the overall quality of posts. The limited number of daily posts should hopefully encourage thoughtful contributions by the members. Users in this group can return to their original User Group if they avoid being reported for two weeks during the trial period.
This thread should have the information.

Help ? .. not asking for a reduction in sentence.

Jail m kab tak hu ?

This thread should have the information.
ok.. and should I get reported during this probation period, will I be informed of where I broke the law ?

what if someone has an axe to grind and reports every single post of mine, even in say, the cricket thread.. in the absence of people monitoring the posts (I understand its all automated now?) .. I'll rot in prison forever ?

I think you should get the answers to your questions by posting them in that thread.

in the absence of people monitoring the posts
Who told you that?

I am curious. Even when the text is put in front of you, why do you make silly misinterpretations of it? Automation is of the consequences, not of the report, nor of evaluation of the report. Very large numbers of the reports get dismissed.

Please read the note. That is all that is needed.

Please read the Forum Book. That is all that is needed.

As far as I know, currently there is no penalisation for false or over-reporting.

Using your cricket analogy, on referrals, there should.

Will balance things out, and ease the burden on administration.

No need. The administration needs its burden eased, not by playing with the rules of reporting and consequences, but by members posting properly.
If people just stick to the basics, there is no need for these arithmetical gymnastics. :)
