I'm just dumbfounded bhai. next door parrosi like these irani turani and even turkiya are decent places.......koi gund nahi......saaf suthray relatively crime free. Aur aik hamara region hae.......lol

Now its like the handful of relatives left back there you just can't convince yourself or summon the courage to even bother visiting cuz its just too hard no?

Safety, crime issue, water/food borne illnesses, unbearable heat, pollution and the long flights. Actually I can't even find a flight to Karachi from here in Japan. I gotta go to that shit-hole in Dubai or Doha and then go back.

Turkey ekdum Europe hai almost, no compare with us subcuntinent log. I know someone who goes there every year for at least a month, some beach destination there.. loves it, total deewani of Turkey, loves the food, everything.

Yup, Turkish (and Greek) med food offer loads of amazing healthy salad and bread options for the veggies. I make a mean tzatziki, great dip, with chips, nuggets, kebabs, on your burger.. wherever. The Turks call it something else I think, but same thing.

Afghan I haven't had much, just saw a bit about a good place nearby, they serve Iranian and Afghan in a traditional sit down legs folded (chowkdi maar ke) eat.. will try one of these days.
