Pakistan. It is only recently after May 2025 they started chanting Pakistan Zindabad, but before that they have brought lot of pain and disappointment in the past. They even threatened war (Qasim Sulemani), Chahbhar and indians and then that missile attack. All those proxies and interference in others matters. They have a lot of nasty stuff that they did.
