D word is used by hindi speakers as the R sound doesn't exist in hindi/sanskirit script. But we do have R (ر) or Ṛe (ڑ) in our scripts
Agreed, What I was saying is that transliteration of our unique "Ṛe (ڑ)" is challenging and people read it as a soft (ر). Even in the way you wrote it, it comes across as soft (ر). I go back and forth on (ر) and the use of "d".

I guess how we Pronounce Allah, we can say it with "RR" Hathourra, Thorra, Anaarri etc
