Yeah, its the same matter, in Bahawalnagar. First the police did what they did, then the locals disarmed them, and then the army chipped in.

From CNN and other outlets the shooting occurred between two groups of youths not connected with the Eid celebrations.
This is a deprived community area so my guess is this was a turf/gang war type scenario.
