My point is, except for Afghanistan (who will never accept their lands in your state), Pakistan, were it to be strong, in economy and governance, would be the perfect buffer state for both Iran and India.

In time, who knows? Maybe too big to be a buffer state, and therefore the reality of mixing it with their neighbours as attempted peers.
nothing in the region is neat or tidy ,racially, religiously, culturally or historically. everything is or can be in flux. Tough neighbourhood right now.

Iran does not want to look eastward. As I said, Velayat e faqih does not include Pakistan. Yet.

Iran will however react if it gets attacked on its soil.

If they are hitting you, it means they know something and they are sending you a soft message.

Remember. Iran will always be there on your flank.

The US will use you to attack them.

Then they will leave.

Then you have helped create a bigger more vicious Afghanistan.

I think brisk walking may be better idea.... sometime i have knee pain , i use copper knee brace ...extremely helpful.
