Iran can get in there again, but its purtty obvious that arrangements were in place long before Assad 'fell' to supply Hezb/ Hamas/ PIJ/ PFLP etc.

Iran will supply its allies just like how it supplies Ansarallah.

Why, in all their wisdom, did they let Asad "fall" ?

With his regime gone, went all of Iran's influence too.
